Processing and Handling
Please allow up to 6 business days for order to process to be shipped.
All sales are final; no cancellations. For hygiene and safety reasons, our products are not eligible for return or reimbursement. We accept returns for refund or exchange, for items damaged in transit only.
Refunds and Exchanges
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 3 days of your package being marked as delivered to email@example.com to alert us of the damage.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Bohemian Rêves is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Bohemian Rêves will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delviery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. WE ARE NOT ABLE TO RESEND ORDERS THAT HAVE BEEN MARKED AS DELIVERED.
