Lost or Stolen Packages
Bohemian Rêves is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered to the address provided in your order. We understand the frustration this can cause. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery details, including the date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier details to help you investigate further. Please note, we are unable to resend orders that have been marked as delivered, regardless of circumstances.
